A giveaway lets you create a shareable landing page where recipients can claim products by entering their shipping information. Once you set one up, you'll have a unique link to distribute however you like—email campaigns, social posts, or printed materials.
Creating your giveaway
Open the Create Giveaway page to get started. You'll need to provide:
- Name — An internal label to help you identify this giveaway (up to 255 characters). Recipients won't see this.
- Choices — At least one product choice that recipients can claim. Each choice needs a unique name and one or more products with quantities.
Every giveaway must have at least one choice. If you want recipients to pick between multiple options (like different shirt colors or product bundles), see Adding product choices to a giveaway.
Optional settings
Beyond the basics, you can customize the experience:
- Page title — The headline displayed on your landing page
- Form title and paragraph — Text that appears above the submission form (paragraph limited to 300 characters)
- Thank-you message — A custom title and paragraph shown after someone submits (paragraph limited to 300 characters)
- Call-to-action button — Add a link and button text (up to 30 characters) to direct recipients somewhere after claiming
- Logo and graphic — Upload images to brand your page
- Note template — A default packing note included with orders from this giveaway (up to 300 characters)
- Internal notes — Private notes for your team (up to 300 characters)

Adding choices
When setting up choices, each one needs:
- A name that's unique within this giveaway
- At least one product from your inventory
- A quantity for each product (must be zero or more)
If you're offering a single product with no options, create one choice containing that product. For more complex setups—like letting recipients choose between a hoodie or a t-shirt—add multiple choices.
After you save
Once you create the giveaway, you'll get a unique landing page URL to share. Recipients who visit can enter their address and select from your available choices. You can track submissions from the Giveaways section and export entries whenever you need them.
