Your giveaway landing page is what recipients see when they visit your link—it's the face of your campaign. You can personalize the text, add your branding, and even include a call-to-action button to drive traffic elsewhere after someone claims their gift.
Accessing the customization options
Open the Giveaways section and either create a new giveaway or edit an existing one. The customization fields appear in the page setup area.
Branding your page
Logo and graphic
Upload your company logo to display at the top of the landing page. You can also add a separate graphic image—useful for showcasing the product or adding campaign-specific artwork. Both fields accept standard image formats.
Keep your logo file reasonably sized. A crisp PNG with a transparent background works well against most page designs.
Customizing the text
Page title
This is the browser tab title and may appear as the headline when the link is shared on social media. Keep it under 255 characters—short and descriptive works best.
Form title and paragraph
The form title appears above the address form where recipients enter their shipping details. The form paragraph sits just below it, letting you add context or instructions. Use this space to explain what they're claiming or set expectations about delivery.

Thank-you message
After someone submits their entry, they see a confirmation screen. Customize the thanks title and thanks paragraph to reinforce your message or express gratitude.

Adding a call-to-action button
Want to direct recipients somewhere after they claim their gift? Add a CTA link (must be a valid URL) and CTA text (up to 30 characters). The button appears on the thank-you screen, linking to your website, a survey, or any other destination.
The CTA text has a strict 30-character limit to keep the button readable on mobile devices.
Saving your changes
Click Save when you're done. Your updates take effect immediately—anyone visiting the giveaway link will see the new design.
