Once your giveaway has collected entries, you can export them to a spreadsheet for reporting, follow-up, or integration with other tools.
How to export entries
- Open the Giveaways section and click on the giveaway you want to export.
- On the giveaway detail page, look for the Export Entries button.
- Click the button to download a file containing all submissions.
The export includes each entry's contact information, shipping address, and any product choices the recipient selected.
What's included in the export
The downloaded file contains:
- Recipient name and email address
- Shipping address details
- Date and time of submission
- Product selection (if your giveaway offered choices)
This gives you a complete record of everyone who claimed your giveaway.
When to use an export
Exporting is useful when you need to:
- Share entry data with teammates who don't have dashboard access
- Import submissions into a CRM or marketing platform
- Create custom reports outside of Slingshot
- Keep a backup of your giveaway results
If you just need to quickly review who submitted entries without downloading a file, you can view entries directly on the giveaway detail page.
Good to know
The export reflects all entries at the time you download it. If new submissions come in after you export, you'll need to download again to capture them.
